Lori’s illustration work has been published by Harper Collins, Cambridge University Press, Providence Publishing, and Eakins Press. In 2011, Lori was commissioned to illustrate a 64-page Family Haggadah. She worked closely with her client to create a new and original Haggadah. The Haggadah was designed by Jak Design and published as a limited edition book. Lori is working on a few children’s book ideas, one of them about the “Battle of Brooklyn” which took place during the American Revolution, based on paintings she has done for the Lefferts Homestead Children’s Museum. She is working on ideas for a Judaic Children’s book based on the work she has done for her B’nai Mitzvah paintings.
Lori has created highly decorative posters and illustrations for a variety of clients. For BlueWaveNJ, Lori created a symbolic painting, which graphically represented the group’s main political goals and issues. Prints of the painting were sold to members of the community and given by BlueWaveNJ to Governors Corzine and Codey, U.S Senators Feingold and Menendez, and local elected officials. In 2009, Lori created a poster for Bike & Walk Montclair, a non-profit bicycle and walking advocacy group. Also in 2009, she created the 10th anniversary commemorative shirt for the Ashenfelter 8K classic, a nationally recognized race, which drew a crowd of over 2,000 participants. In addition, she designed Bike Jerseys for a variety of other non-profit groups. These images have been used on posters and can be seen on coffee mugs, t-shirts, invitations and various websites. Lori has also designed and done the artwork for Meredith Greenberg’s debut CD, “P’ticha,” 2012, and other CD covers for Susan Borofsky’s cd’s, “Songs of Jewish Renewal,” 2005, and “From Schtetls to Standards,” 2005. In 2015, she designed a poster for the Center for Health and Learning.
