Lori’s painting contribution to Bike&Walk Montclair is extraordinary in that not only did she bring great artistic skill and expertise, her work expresses her personal passion for healthy, fun, and environmentally clean living.  Lori is a story teller.  In her painting, she captured our organization’s decade of growth as well as the goals we aspire to.  But that’s what she does – she tells your story – a recording of transitional, pivotal and important moments in people’s lives.  For Bike&Walk Montclair, Lori’s passion fueled her art and she emphasized 10 years of symbolic transitions into a beautiful and meaningful visual story.  This painting hangs prominently above the fireplace of Bike&Walk Montclair’s founder, but Lori has also helped us use the image in posters, postcards, web outreach and TShirts!  I am grateful to Lori for her dedication to our organization, her passion and her talent!
