2022 was a very big year for experimenting with new work

At the start of 2022, I decided to try some new things and I’m thrilled with the results. I bought a Cricut Paper Cutter which I have used to turn my designs into my own stencils. In addition, I have started to create designs using papercutting, an ancient Judaic Art form, know as Mizrach and playing around with gold leaf, also an ancient art form. Many of these are at the experimental stage, but it taught me that you are never too old to teach yourself new things. As I continue to explore these new techniques, I have plans to experiment with new ideas and techniques in 2023. Can’t wait to get started.
